Cancellation
• Guests can cancel free of charge (total price of the reservation) until 24 hours
prior to arrival.
• However, an administrative fee of R150 will be charged.
• No refunding for less than 24 hours.
Smoking
• A fine of R500 will be charged for smoking inside the rooms. Please use the designated smoking areas outside.
